How I Can Help You
As an executive life coach, I work with high-achieving, public-facing women on the brink of their next level.
When a major transition is upon them and they don’t want to face it alone, my clients seek my help. My approach to coaching is to support my clients on the journey to wholeness — however they define that — and to reclaim the parts of themselves they’ve given away to relationships, jobs, and other obligations.
What I Do
Common challenges high achievers face are:
1
Grappling with self-doubt
2
Navigating the uncertainty about the next best step to take in their lives or careers
3
Wanting more harmony between their personal and professional lives
4
Finding freedom from the weight of other people’s opinions
5
Trusting themselves enough to honor the true desires of their heart
Through coaching, clients often report:
• Greater confidence in themselves
• Increased self-awareness and clarity around who they are
• Growth in their careers (new roles, more clients, etc.)
• Completion of long-standing personal and professional goals

Remember that the coaching process is simple, but it is not easy. Prepare to be vulnerable, open-hearted, and open-minded as you begin the work to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
